The first time I came across the Buffalo Chicken Dip was a pretty memorable one. It was at a Super Bowl party and that started me on the long road to becoming a ‘uufan’. And sometimes I also blend mozzarella cheese into the mixture. Another good example of the garnish is blue cheese crumbles put on the top of the dish.
In an attempt to do things right this time, I attempted making better-for-you versions of the dip. Alternative ways of reducing the calories includes incorporating Greek yogurt cream cheese and low fat of some of the products. You can also freeze the recipe and make the cooked version are keto-friendly. This can be achieved by using low carbohydrate products in order to reduce the concentrations of carbohydrates in your body.
